Terms of Service

CREOVEXA provides an AI creative studio for generating images, videos and advertising content. The service is currently offered as a private beta to a limited number of testers and may change at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done from your account. You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

• Do not use CREOVEXA to create unlawful, infringing, defamatory or hateful content.
• Do not attempt to impersonate real people without authorisation or create misleading content presented as real persons' statements.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, payment flows or access systems.
• You are responsible for the content you generate and for holding the rights to your input.

Credits are used to run generations and are consumed per action as shown in the studios. Paid subscription and credit plans are billed through a secure third-party payment processor. Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in account suspension.

As a beta, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time and will make the current version available here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
