CREOVEXA ("we", "our") is an AI creative studio that turns your ideas into images, videos and advertising content. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it while the service is in a private beta.

• Account details you provide at sign-up (email address, display name).
• Content you create: prompts, generated images/videos, projects, characters and ad campaigns.
• Usage information needed to operate and improve the service (e.g. how many credits you have).
• Payment data: we do NOT store your card number. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure pages.

We use your information to run your account, deliver and store your creations, process any entitlements, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

To generate content we use third-party AI providers. Your prompts and content may be transmitted to those providers in order to fulfil a generation request. We choose providers that we believe handle data responsibly, but you should not submit content you are not authorised to use.

We keep your content while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to support the beta and billing operations. You can delete individual creations and projects from the app. Full account deletion and the legal contact for privacy requests are addressed once the following owner-supplied details are provided.
