Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time; you keep access and any plan-allotted credits through the end of the current paid period. If you cancel, no further charge is made when the period ends.

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add purchased credits to your balance. Purchased credits generally do not expire on plan changes.

If a payment you made was charged in error, or a generation failed and your credits were not correctly restored, we will work to correct it, including reversing credit-pack purchases where the credits are still available. Where credits from a purchase have already been spent, resolution is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund or cancellation assistance, contact us once a support method is configured (see Contact). In the EU, you also have legal rights under applicable consumer-protection law, including the 14-day withdrawal right where it applies to digital services.
